BG181861413 No it's not a two speed box and no it does not have deceleration. I think deceleration is controlled by your electronics. Also if you buy this Tcase and motor. You should pull the Tcase apart and grease it well. Also the lower shaft is not well shimmed. You may have to add a spacer like a thrust washer to it. If you dont. It allows the gear to float in the case and slip.

BG181861413 Can you explain that drive shaft you have between the rear axles? That seems to be a problem with any of these kits I've seen. The drive shafts between the two rear axles bottoms out. It looks great in the pic.
