DavideScapolan Ti print with polycarbonate you need to print above 260°C and this printer, out of the box, is capable ti print up ti 255°C because the heatbreak has a PTFE tube that over 260° release toxic gas melting itself. Of you need to print thoose type of material you can go ti other printer that are supposeed to print High temp material or you can buy and economic one, such this one, and do some upgrade like and all metal hotend that Is capable ti reach higher temperature and update the firmware (cause the limite of the heat is made by the software)

DavideScapolan To print TPU you font need to change nozel, ti print thoose flexible material you shuld change the PTFE tube with one like the one made by Capricorn or even better upgrade to direct drive extruder
