Great product, lots of different driver heads and accessories which make it simple to do IT builds for computers, phones and all manner of equipment. Battery lasts well, and torque is reasonable.

Aside from the TERRIBLE service BangGood provided with provision of the drone, which took them over 4 months to fulfill the "pre-order". The FIMI X8 SE 2020 is a very capable drone, I've flown it a few times now and I am more impressed with each use of a new feature. That said, there are a couple of improvements I'd like to see with panoramic photography, and gimbal calibration. However, considering the low price compared to similarly capable drones I would say this is a great value product.

It arrived quickly, and well packaged. My only annoyance was even though I am in the UK and ordered from a UK stockist it came with an EU plug. luckily it's only a standard PC/kettle lead and I had one around. Setup was simple and I was up and running within an hour. The test cube on the USB stick printed well. It's easy to navigate the menus, and simple to figure out. Bed levelling can be a little tricky, but it didn't take me long (though I've seen in groups people can struggle with this). Just make sure you bring the bed and nozzle up to temperature before doing the leveling process and use an X pattern (position order 1, 3, 2, 4, 5) and repeat until you get a uniform drag on your A4 sheet without too much resistance. I will be adding a Z brace, as the gantry does wobble a little which I am sure is slightly impacting print quality (nothing major but for a small modification I think it will be a major improvement). Bare in mind this does NOT come with filament, so order some ready or you'll be disappointed waiting around unable to print.

StevenJonSmith If you are asking about the FIMI after care insurance, no-one is offering that option currently. I believe it is due to FIMI not having setup reliable processes to manage claims.
