Hrumque No. Not in easy way, because inside hole in motor shaft is smaller than 8mm

Hrumque Without anny issue it will work on 230v, just change power plug for your country standard

Hrumque It can work for wltoys 12428, but you must change front shafts to feiyue/jjrc style (wltoys have dogbone, this dif dont have sockets for it,)

Hrumque Will work with 60Hz without problem, because this is brushed motor, works from DC to 400Hz this same way.
