These V.2 servos seem to have addressed the issues from the early V950's with the self smoking servos. I previously bought some to replace some smoked ones on an early bird... these V.2 seems much better, so I have bought a bunch more, just in case. Kudos to BG and WLtoys for fixing the issue. These are simply plug and play.... a 2 minute swap out even for me.... and I am hopeless. I recommend you get some links and a swash for spare too... it is horrible having to be grounded waiting for a tiny part. Also, it is Murphy's law, if you get spares, you probably wont need them... but, if you haven't got spares, you will need some for sure..... Get a couple, it is like cheap insurance
