The shipping was fast (sometimes was even faster, but ok). The product is great, it is really strong, the brightness is amazing considering this is the entry level fan with "only" 224 leds. The software that comes with the fan still doesn't work for me, but I've spent only 10 minutes playing with him, so I need to try it a bit more. The picture is a screenshot from video, that is why you see only half of the image, because of the fresh rate of the camera, in reality you see the whole picture, and the resolution is great, you don't see the pixels from 3 m away
