FoxVulpe do we really really need a programming cars for this esc out of the box?

kjahan Why do you not trust it with 3s? Higher voltage means lower amps thus less strain on the transistors, doesn't it? I am curious because I bought it for 3s bashing and hope I haven't messed up..?! Cheers

Gruey27 how is higher voltage less amps if I use a 100c rated 3s battery , your risk I used on 3s and it smoked it , it gets hot using 2s 50c rated batteries

Gruey27 @FoxVulpe no you don't need the program box , but you need the parameter settings as mine come in race mode with no low voltage cut out , is it worth destroying lipo battery's for a cheap esc

Gruey27 I smoked mine on 3s the very first trigger pull , so your risk , it gets hot on 2s 50c batteries, you need to check the parameters as mine was race mode ,and with no low voltage safety cut out
