After noticing that the bed on my new Ender 2 would shift slightly if pulled to the right by very little force, making bed leveling impossible I noticed some of my wheels had about .3 mm of play in them. Uh, hmmm........ I don't think that's very conducive to a good 3d printing experience but what do I know? So I ordered these. Three of these had the same issue. if you pinch the bearing holes and wiggle the rubber there should not be a tiny click with noticeable play. I installed the 2 good ones and tried to do my best. I ordered 2 more sets hoping it was an anomaly. The next day I was reading the reviews for them and one smart guy pointed out the separator washer being too wide causing this issue. Oddly enough it's true. File it down about .2 mm and the wheel won't have that nasty play. When my next orders of 10 wheels comes in I will have no need for them because I have fixed ALL I thought faulty. I wan't to ask BG for a return but I am afraid somebody may hurt themselves by moving too fast to make this right.
