I received it in three weeks. It communicates with Arduino without problems. Please, bear in mind to: define the SIM card without PIN and define the connection to be 2G (or GSM) networks, only. You can make these definitions by putting the SIM card in a cellular phone and go to telephone settings..... Otherwise, it will not register to Mobile Phone networks even if the SIM card is functional in this cellular phone.
