I received this well packed. The quality is good. I try to desolder some resistor and IC and I'm very satisfied. But package contains only one nozzle and for bigger components I need different nozzle. Banggood - can I order additional 2mm nozzle for this iron?

Here is the replacement of the S-993A, the new S-995A that is not mentioned on the product sheet but it is indeed the S-995A if you bought it! It's above my expectations: - lightweight - more efficient than the s-993A (its interior design has been reviewed and improved) - the power cable is of good quality (attention AU electrical outlet for the European plan to purchase a universal electrical outlet) - Effective suction strength - Sold with a nozzle of 1mm perfectly centered (checked under an electron microscope) - the tank seems to be solid and thick polycarbonate with double filtering - two rods and two batches of filters are provided - The base is heavy and very well designed INDISPENSABLE to work very cleanly and efficiently without using tons of braid desoldering or tin! Suction is great but you must ensure the plastic catch is properly seated against the orings for the best results. Be sure to keep solder on the tip to maintain the tip when it is off. China/Aus Plug. Does the job. Few scratches here and there, but it is a tool after all. If you want sparkles and nice colours - go for the Hakko FR301 Otherwise buy this and get the job done cheaper.

Have now desoldered all of the components from an old atx powersupply and it just works great. It even managed to desolder heatsinks with the larger tip. I only wish there was a different plug but that is easily overcome with an adapter. Great price!

الجيد: سيتم استلامه في أسبوع واحد، يعمل بشكل رائع! الحالة السيئة: سوء التعبئة، وعدم وجود حماية في الصندوق، وقابس الكابل والمحول المزود لا يلائم المنفذ الكهربائي للجمهورية التشيكية، ولا يتضمن فوهات إضافية، 1 مم فقط فكرة تحسينية: يخطئ مفتاح الطاقة. يكون السخان يعمل دائماً عند توصيله بالتيار المتردد. سأضع مفتاح التيار المتردد في مكان ما حتى يبقى الجهاز متصلاً بالتيار المتردد.

The good: Received in 1 week, works great! The bad: poor packing, no protection in the box, cable plug and provided adapter does not fit to Czech Republic electric outlet, no extra nozzles included, only one 1mm Improvement idea: it misses power switch. Heater is always on when plugged to AC. I will put an AC switch somewhere, so that the device can stay plugged in AC.
