Coops NO- you cannot use laptop cells for power tools! Laptops use low current high capacity cells. Power tools need HIGH CURRENT cells - they are usually known as "INR" type cells.

Johnny631 It is not a good ideea to replace cells with laptop batteries. You have to replace with some real INR cells type, like Samsung INR 18650 25R or something similar, cells that can offer big discharge amperage.
