these work perfectly for stripping silicon. plastic is not so good. but you will get a good result after a couple of a temps. The cutting blade is a good a kids plastic knife. it took me 4 attempts to finally cut some 18 AWG cable. the handles are hard plastic which dont feel very nice in your hard. I would have liked the black plastic to be a soft rubber for more comfort.

If you need to strip wires, this is a must have. You can just pick the size of your wire and it will strip it perfectly everytime. No more errors!
