Arrived in two parts, fallen out of the paper box. The acryl part has some "ears" that keep the metal part fixed to it, however, because of QC issues, the plastic part inside the metal that connects the acryl part, is glued improperly so it is not possible to fix the two parts together. I had to use my mini dremel to cut ~2mm from the plastic "ears" so the two parts can finally get joined so now I have a unit as a whole. Still, the motor in that is very weak, I am afraid it will not survive much time. Either there is a huge friction somewhere in the train or the motor is simply very weak for this application. I do not recommend this product to anyone due to the QC problems.

Пришла в разобранном виде, коробка помята. Собрал прибор работает. Перец перемалывает. спасибо продавцу за товар. но нужно упоковывать лучше.

It will grind from fine to course. Even on fine, it puts out pepper fast. The fill hole could be bigger. We have bought 3 of these. One for me, two for gifts. Everyone happy with.
