I would make shnitzels. This great little tenderizer hammer does not require much force to make great tenderised meats. I have used it on chicken, and on beef, and the results are extremely good and tender. It is a bit smaller than what I am used to, but that just means it will take a little longer per piece. (No big deal). It is made from stainless steel, and therefore easy to wash, and very hygienic. A great buy!!!
