Arrived in a reasonable amount of time but the power cord they sent was not correct for the USA - though they did provide adapters (Which I just threw away, along with the power cables). I had a couple of the correct power cables on hand (standard interface) so I didn't need the included cables.

Charger build quality looks solid. Came with European plug (which is what I need). LEDs blink when unit is plugged in. No experience with balancing chargers, so will have to see how long the battery pack lasts :-)

this charger is awesome one i got it in the mail apart from having to buy a plug adapter it worked really well
