So far, this product seems fantastic. It comes on a very strudy packaging. The box had signs that it was dropped and I was worried when I saw it, but when I opened it, I verified that it was very well protected and no damages. It takes some time to adjust and learn its operation modes, I even tough it has a problem, but after reading the manual (english & chinese) carefully, all features worked great. The only set down is that it doesn`t come with a chage adapter, just the cable, but it`s not a deal break as it uses a common min-USB cable.

finally got my gimbal after 26 days. product arrived safely in good condition. gimbal looks awsome.
