bought 6 of these, 1 came with loose connectors. overall quality looks nice, needs to be wired to see how it’s going

I'm sure that I'm missing it, but I can not find the combination to open my Light bulb holder. I have found that I can twist the bottom section of the exterior of the socket about 1/8th of a turn but no further. Still can not open the socket to wire it. I don't want to force any parts in fear of damaging it. I have received four of these sockets and really don't want to toss them,, but if I can't wire them they are useless! Appearance is A+ , but ease of use is D-
