it even comes with extra pad total 6 nos and the header pins are soldered neatly only feel that the electrode wire should be longer

As described, be aware of external electrical noise if you use breadboard or long cables. Do web search for "diy ecg sound card" if you want an easy way to get the graph on your computer screen without the use of an Arduino, very easy and fun project.
