very good product but no instructions how use no user manual but can download seiner app and Google for seiner hotel room lock

1.the door lock is only for right hand door but in the website they say that is for both left and right door. 2. the outer keyboard is made of plastic with reset button under the keyboard! someone can easily brake the plastic and reset the unit and enter your house!!! 3. there are no instuctions or manual in the box 4. there is no RF reader/writer in the unit! whats out all!! unit is waste of money!!!
