lmantuano HiVlad, I agree with you completely about their lies.. I have 3 units and have tested battery capacity and they are all around 1600mAh. These size and weight batteries can only get to 2200mAh max if good quality cells are used (samsung, LG, Sanyo). I have started a complain case with Cust. Service but they are not interested... very disappointing. What makes mr laugh though is how some of the other customers are SO HAPPY about the AMAZING battery capacity.. there is indeed one born every minute!!! Thanx for your comment.

BG163253225 My Baofeng UV-9R arrived a few days ago I charged it for the recommended time and the BATTERY is DEAD. Contacted service and now I'm without a transceiver which I wanted to use during Christmas time. 😔
