بواسطة pechelman02/02/2017I was originally planning to buy just the light, but banggood was restocking the one I wanted, but found that they still had some package deals in the emitter tint I wanted. I did some quick research on the battery and also discovered it was a high quality / high drain battery so i didnt hesitate to purchase. With the supplied battery, the light is extremely bright and functions as expected. Highly recommend this combo!
One thing I would note, and maybe this is just my own inexperience, but at first
بواسطة David Phillips21/11/2016Purchased one of these recently - when I tried a meter on the battery it showed no voltage, but on closer examination I found the negative end of the battery was protected by a thin plastic insulating film which I removed and I got a voltage reading. Probably done for safety reasons to prevent any shorting out during transportation, so the other two reviewers should examine their batteries to see if this was the reason.
An excellent torch overall.
