Emails that BG sent me....
"If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return a product within 3 days after delivery to receive a replacement or a refund of its price minus the shipping fees.".
If your product arrives damaged or is not working, you can return it to us within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment in case the delivery date is not traceable.If the item is still within the validity period of this warranty,we will reimburse you for the return shipping fees after the defective item has arrived in our warehouse. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days from its delivery date and you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
3 DAYS!?! Most if not all retailers provide at least 14 days if not 30 days to return a product the customer is not satisfied with, yes I made a mistake and order the wrong product or something that I thought would work for my application, and realized that it would not. The ABS rolls have not even been opened from their packaging - I just want an exchange from ABS to PLA.
I only have 3 days!?!? We have family and things to do, even if it wasn't a PLA and ABs issue, do you really have time to make a decision within 3 days?!?
Poor customer service!!!!!!!
