BG222552223 is it something you could have a 6mm ply shim bulk it out easily or would that make it cumbersome?

BG235554919 @BG222552223 A shim works. It should preferrably have full size of the \"red top part\" to sequre flat mounting. It must also have a (routered) open part along the top slide for verical drilling. Small edges on the side to keep it in place wold improve it even further.

FondofBlondes This jig is for metal threaded dowels with a 6.5 mm distance from the top of the dowel to the centre of the threaded bolt hole. so if you add 12.5 + 6.5, you get the minimum board thickness of 19 mm.

If you are trying to drill holes for the Euro cam lock fixings, this is not the jig for those fixings.
