first of all banggoods after sales is very good resolves the issue with 24 hours of reporting and customer centered support this really takes the worry off your mind about buying item online. now regards to the item itself, seems to be design flaw for mic placement (secondary mic is placed in-between stem and main sound compartment) as other party will not be able to hear you so not for calling if you want to use them specifically for that, but sound is great and comfort will depend on ear tip you will be using earlier i used the default medium one ( that i use on all wired and other wireless earphones ) but for these have to move down to small tips and now comfort and listening experience have become much better. overall: sound 4/5 calls 0/5 value for money 3/5 also 1 last thing shipping is fast and reliable as we can track them, that's great to know when and where the product is. due to this doesn't feel that we are buying item from international market its more like buying online from home country as it just took near to 10 days to reach. Great logistics and customervare .
