I give this 4* for quality, and here's why. The description tells you not to put your hand into the water while this is plugged in to avoid electrical shock. It is not totally insulated. So inserting a spoon while you are heating the water can cause a shock. I measured the electrical resistance between the plug and the heating element on an old (30years old) heater, and it showed infinite resistance, which is what I'd expect. But that's not the case with this heater. The heating element is not totally insulated from the electrical connection. It works great and I used it this fall when I went overseas (I live in USA). It's very handy and I like it a lot. But I'm also careful to let it heat the water without getting in contact with it.

I`m using this Water-Boiler already since 6month and again BANGOOD offers a great value for a very small price and overall it`s doing it`s job just GREAT!!!! I ordered even more for my family-members.
