Received the item in good physical condition, briefly tested, the item is serving its intended purpose. However, the only difficulty that I have faced to employ the item is that; I have to keep the lens of the microscope very close - almost touching - to the surface of the object being observed so as to get a clear view of the object in focus. Moreover, the focus wheel does not appear to have considerable control to adjust the distance between the lens and the object being observed; except making
