These are fantastic boards. Use them for charging 18650 batteries. They cut off at the exact voltage specified without trying to Float Charge and therefore result in overheating of the battery and the resulting damage from overheating.
In photo's there is a photo of the extremely simple test rig I used. It's a simple process to rig 2 or more of these into a multiple charger that cuts off each battery as it reaches the required level.
