It is very accurate sensor for temperature and humidity. It is simple to configure. I have used it with the sensor shield for more transparent and convenient connection. It is relatively fast and accurate. Nice product!

I use it for the part concerning the air, in a greenhouse or vivarium, added with other sensors of humidity and temperature for a precise management of the environment.

DHT22 give more accurate results than cheap DHT11 and can show negative temperature. Will be very useful on home automation or monitoring/control projects.

Very good seller, very very fast delivery (only 6 days to Germany!), Very good packaging and, very rarely, at Chinese suppliers with printed description.

The DHT22 sensor has much better precision than DHT11, is rugged and is easy to use. Here is my simple test of it using the Arduino set-up, displaying the results on an I2C OLED display (another great deal from Banggood!). Definitely 5 stars from me.
