I would like to say that I’m very disappointed with my order. The adapter for the plug does not stay in the wall. The adapter shown on your webpage is not the same as the one I received I would like to get the correct adapter for the United States sent as soon as possible please.

Build quality seems good. Not used yet. Output is slightly more than 19v. Will have to see how it holds onder load. Please don't use the included travel adapter. Dangerous! It's not grounded, even when it looks like that on the outside. When plugged in the wall socket you can actually break the two half's apart. Banggood shouldn't give these away.....
