Good quality and perfect fit, No wiring instructions: however this is not difficult and same as for original Land Cruiser switch (see pictures). Red + and Black - are for illumination of switch. Green (IN) and Red/Yellow (OUT) are for contact ON/OFF according to switch position. In practice can bind RED with Red/Yellow and put Black to ground so that switch is illuminated when switch is in ON position. It is a pity that no smaller switch, as used in the center console, is available. I must still test properly by driving in dark conditions but my impression is that switch illumination might be much too bright and be a nuisance while driving. I intend to check if it is possible to replace globe inside switch with weaker globe: maybe I can use globe from original switch? Except for this small detail I am very pleased with this purchase: I will order an additional switch to keep as spare for my unstoppable 16 year old "Lion of Africa". I intend to keep my 100 series Land Cruiser forever: with 3 diff locks it is no match for any other 4x4 ... except maybe for a Merc G-Wagen in the hand of a very good driver ;)
