These are a handy product, and appear to seal sufficiently for purpose, however, if the plug is not pulled outwards in a parallel fashion, or is pulled slightly to the side when removing, we found the plastic to be brittle and crack. Best to ensure the plug is never pulled out against the side of the tube.

These plastic laboratory test tubes are perfect. Can't say anything else. I use them for 'small parts' storage like tiny screws and nuts, tiny smd leds etc... wil buy them again!
