Hi, This item just arrived, But packing the visor outside the helmet exposed it to handling. I am reporting the visor for this helmet was damaged in shipping. How may I get a replacement? And, are there any options for other tint. I received dark tint visor, I would prefer a silver tint. Overall quality looks good, complete. Thank you John
